CPAP TODAY endeavors to ensure that the products you purchase are delivered in excellent condition. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a complimentary replacement within 5 days of delivery.

Prior to issuing a replacement, we may contact you to verify the damage or defect.

Please note that CPAP TODAY cannot be held responsible for any delivery-related concerns if you fail to notify us within five working days of receiving your order.

Upon successful pick-up, the returned product will undergo inspection to ensure it meets the following criteria:

  • Original condition with outer box or case intact
  • Inclusion of user manual, warranty cards, and any other accompanying items in manufacturer packaging

Following the successful pick-up and inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched to you within the next 72 hours.
