Return Policy
Last updated: 17 September 2026
This policy explains how CPAP Today handles returns, replacements and refunds. It applies subject to applicable consumer law and any product-specific terms shown before purchase.
Eligible issues
Contact us if the product is damaged in transit, defective, materially different from its description, or different from the product ordered. An unused and unopened product may also be eligible where the product listing and applicable law permit a return.
Healthcare and hygiene-sensitive products
For safety and hygiene, opened, used or fitted masks, cushions, tubing, consumables and other hygiene-sensitive products may not be accepted for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not limit rights for products that are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required to be remedied by applicable law.
Requesting a return
Contact Contact us or support@cpaptoday.in as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery, or within the period shown on the product/order information. Include your order number, issue description and photographs or video where relevant. Do not ship an item back until we provide instructions.
Review and resolution
We may request information or inspect the product and packaging. Depending on the issue, we may arrange a replacement, repair, refund or other remedy permitted by law. Any remedy will take account of the product condition, manufacturer warranty and applicable consumer rights.
Refunds
Approved refunds are initiated after the return is received and checked, or sooner where required by law. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution. Cash on Delivery refunds require confirmed bank or other permitted payment details.
Delivery damage
Keep the packaging and delivery evidence when reporting transit damage. We may need photographs or an unboxing video to coordinate with the courier.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, contact support@cpaptoday.in with your order number and complaint details. Before launch, CPAP Today should publish its legal entity, registered address and designated grievance officer/contact.
